2. Cancellation of Orders:

– Orders can be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled dispatch time. Once an order has been assigned to a driver, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more details.

3. Goods Responsibility:

– The responsibility for the goods lies with the customer. Loader Pack is not liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of goods during transportation. Please ensure your items are securely packed.

4. Insurance Coverage:

– We do not provide goods insurance. However, customers have the option to explore additional insurance coverage independently for added security.

5. Payment and Charges:

– Payment for shipping services is required before dispatch. In the event of order cancellation, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

6. Delivery Charges:

– Our shipping rates are carefully managed and transparent. Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to you during the booking process.

7. Refund Processing Time:

– Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 4 working days, following our refund and return policy.
