Refund and Return Policy for Loader Pack

Thank you for choosing Loader Pack for your transportation needs. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Goods Insurance:

Loader Pack does not provide any type of goods insurance. Customers are responsible for the safety and security of their items during transportation.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled before 1 hour of the scheduled dispatch time.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been assigned to a driver.

Cancellation Charges:

If an order is canceled, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
In the event of a driver-initiated cancellation, the same payment gateway charges will be applied to the driver.

Refund Processing Time:

Payment refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 4 working days.

Goods Responsibility:

The responsibility for the goods lies with the customer. Loader Pack is not liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of goods during transportation.

Damage and Misplacement:

Loader Pack is not responsible for any type of goods damage or misplacement. Customers are advised to pack their items securely to minimize any potential risks.
