Goods Insurance:
Loader Pack does not provide any type of goods insurance. Customers are responsible for the safety and security of their items during transportation.Order Cancellation:
- Orders can only be canceled before 1 hour of the scheduled dispatch time.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been assigned to a driver.
Cancellation Charges:
If an order is canceled, payment gateway charges will be deducted from the payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.In the event of a driver-initiated cancellation, the same payment gateway charges will be applied to the driver.
Refund Processing Time:
Payment refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 4 working days.Goods Responsibility:
The responsibility for the goods lies with the customer. Loader Pack is not liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of goods during transportation.Damage and Misplacement:
Loader Pack is not responsible for any type of goods damage or misplacement. Customers are advised to pack their items securely to minimize any potential risks.
